In addition to your People list, you
can add businesses to a Business list. And,
there is a Building form that you can use to document house histories.
The program has been completely rewritten in Visual Basic .Net, but still uses a
Microsoft Access database to store your data (and a Legacy Family Tree database is
also used for storing data--there are actually two databases for your data now). Your data
currently in your database will be completely imported into the appropriate places in the new
program, although you may need to do some tweaking for some of the new forms. And, most
significantly, there is a GEDCOM import. No more ASCII text imports.
Clooz works directly with Legacy Family Tree. If you're already using the
program, you'll be able to convert to using Legacy and Clooz together.
